How to Order

Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirement, the suitability of a particular file(s) for an existing or intended application; our experience often enables us to suggest an optimised cost effective solution and/or alternative. Following discussion, our provision of technical detail/sample data and quotation, should you wish to proceed:

• we will provide relevant “Order Form & Licence Documentation” for completion and return.
• information will only be released following receipt of completed documentation.
• we request payment by cheque accompanying return of completed documentation, unless using pre-arranged BACS/electronic transfer.
• we will accept completed documentation returned as “pdf” email attachment or by fax.
• for non UK clients please note: payment is in GB£ Pounds Sterling.
• note we do not at present accept payment by credit/debit card(s).
• a confirmatory VAT Invoice is normally despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order.
